GROUP SERVICE PROJECTS
This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God’s people but is also overflowing in expressions of thanks to God. 2 Cor 9:12
Group projects provide a great opportunity to help others while enjoying fellowship with other single Christians.

IDEAS FOR FUTURE GROUP SERVICE PROJECTS?
- Saturday, June 3, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in. Lynnwood. Come help prepare relief supplies for World Concern. We’ll be helping World Concern with their clothing drive. We'll spend three hours receiving and preparing clothing donations for shipment, and other tasks for those in Kosovo and other areas of need. Afterwards we’ll get together for lunch and socializing at a local resterant. If you would like to know more about World Concern's ministry, visit their web page at www.WorldConcern.org. Single Purpose depends upon people willing to suggest and organize service projects. Please share your ideas with us. Some possible future project ideas include:
- Chore Ministry - Know of someone who could really use a helping hand. Organize a work group to help with yard work, moving, or other chores for those less able to help themselves.
- Habitat For Humanity Projects - Helping to create affordable housing for the poor.
- Meal Preparation for the Homeless - Various opportunities exist for small groups to get together to prepare meals for the homeless. Examples include:
- New Horizons - Downtown Seattle drop in center providing services and meals for street kids.
- University District Teen Feed - University District organization providing dinners to homeless kids up to age 22.
- City Team Ministries - Providing meals for homeless adults in downtown Seattle.
- World Concern - Help prepare emergency relief supplies for this Christian international relief organization. They have regular group volunteer opportunities of Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings. This is an easy project to organize.
